With over 40 years of experience in the food industry, Roberto's roots trace back to his family's establishment of Armanino Foods, a renowned sauce and pasta company. Their pioneering campaign in 1990 introduced Pesto Pizzas to both independent pizzerias and large chain restaurants worldwide, including Japan, Korea, and Canada. Through this venture, Roberto gleaned insights from esteemed pizza artisans across the globe.
Joining the Las Vegas Culture
In 2012, Roberto embarked on a new endeavor, founding Pink Box Doughnuts in response to the scarcity of exceptional donuts in the Las Vegas valley. Inspired by his late father's dream, Roberto sought to honor his legacy through the creation of a donut haven, which has since blossomed into an integral part of Las Vegas culture.
From Dishwasher to Store Manager at Pink Box
Meanwhile, Alex Perez, Roberto's brother-in-law, commenced his journey at Pink Box as a dishwasher and swiftly ascended the ranks, eventually assuming roles in store management and event coordination. Renowned for his magnetic personality and dedication, Alex emerged as a cherished figure among both patrons and colleagues.
